On Your Side

Just six months after emerging from Simon Cowell's The Next Act, December 10 arrive with debut EP On Your Side, a polished nine-track collection that suggests the industry's latest boyband experiment has genuine staying power. Recorded across Los Angeles, London, Nashville and Stockholm, the release balances infectious pop hooks with enough personality to hint at bigger things ahead. Standout moments come thick and fast. Us Against The World, produced by Savan Kotecha, Rami Yacoub and Carl Falk, cleverly reworks Cutting Crew's (I Just) Died In Your Arms, while What Are We Now, helmed by Julien Bunetta, channels the arena-sized magic of One Direction without feeling like imitation. Elsewhere, Run My Way, Angel, Infinity (123) and a confident take on Djo's End Of Beginning showcase the group's versatility, while stripped-back versions of Angel and Run My Way allow their vocal chemistry to take centre stage. The momentum surrounding December 10 is impossible to ignore. Sold-out UK dates, millions of streams, major festival bookings and high-profile commercial partnerships all point towards a band connecting with audiences at remarkable speed. Their Edinburgh show felt less like an EP launch and more like a victory lap, with fans singing every word back. On Your Side is an assured introduction, proving December 10 have the songs, charisma and ambition to become Britain's next major pop success.
