Joe Bonamassa

Joe Bonamassa is an American blues-rock guitarist, singer, and songwriter known for his virtuosic guitar playing and deep knowledge of blues history. Born on May 8, 1977, in New Hartford, New York, Bonamassa began playing guitar at the age of four. By the time he was twelve, he was opening for blues legend B.B. King, showcasing prodigious talent well beyond his years. In 2000, Bonamassa released his debut solo album, *A New Day Yesterday*, which included both original songs and covers of classic rock and blues tracks. Since then, he has built a highly successful career as a solo artist, known for his prolific output and electrifying live performances. He has released numerous studio and live albums, many of which have topped the Billboard Blues charts. Bonamassa is also a member of several side projects, including the supergroup Black Country Communion and the blues duo Beth Hart and Joe Bonamassa.
