Bury Tomorrow

Bury Tomorrow is a British metalcore band formed in Southampton, England, in 2006. The band is known for blending melodic elements with heavy metalcore instrumentation, creating a sound characterized by aggressive guitar riffs, powerful breakdowns, and a mix of clean and harsh vocals. The original lineup featured brothers Dani Winter-Bates on unclean vocals and Davyd Winter-Bates on bass, along with guitarist Mehdi Vismara, drummer Adam Jackson, and lead guitarist Jason Cameron, who also provided clean vocals. Over the years, the band underwent several lineup changes, with Cameron departing in 2021 and replaced by Ed Hartwell on guitar and Tom Prendergast on clean vocals and keyboards. Bury Tomorrow gained early attention with their debut album, "Portraits," released in 2009. Their follow-up records, particularly "The Union of Crowns" (2012) and "Runes" (2014), solidified their position in the metalcore scene, praised for their technical musicianship and emotive songwriting. Subsequent albums like "Earthbound" (2016) and "Black Flame" (2018) further expanded their fanbase and critical acclaim. In 2023, Bury Tomorrow released "The Seventh Sun," marking a new chapter with their revised lineup and showcasing a matured sound that incorporated atmospheric and experimental elements while maintaining their metalcore roots. Throughout their career, Bury Tomorrow has earned a reputation for passionate live performances and their commitment to evolving within the genre while staying true to their core identity.
