Kelly Jones
Kelly Jones is a Welsh singer, songwriter, and musician, best known as the lead vocalist and guitarist of the rock band Stereophonics. Born on June 3, 1974, in Cwmaman, Wales, Jones has been a prominent figure in British rock music since the late 1990s. Jones formed Stereophonics in 1992 with childhood friends Richard Jones (bass), Stuart Cable (drums), and later joined by guitarist and keyboardist, Ciaran Dallaghan. The band gained early recognition with their debut album, "Word Gets Around" (1997), which featured hits like "Local Boy in the Photograph" and "The Bartender and the Thief." The album's success established them as one of the leading bands in the British rock scene. Their follow-up album, "Performance and Cocktails" (1999), further solidified their reputation, debuting at number one on the UK Albums Chart.
