Leon Bridges

Leon Bridges (born October 7, 1988) is an American soul singer-songwriter from Fort Worth, Texas. He first drew attention in the early 2010s after busking on the streets and posting videos of his performances online, which helped launch his professional recording career. His debut studio album, Coming Home (2015), earned wide acclaim for its warm, retro-soul sound rooted in 1960s gospel and R&B. Bridges followed with Good Thing (2018), a more contemporary yet soulful record that showcased his expressive baritone and melodic storytelling. His music blends classic soul influences with modern production, drawing comparisons to early Sam Cooke and Otis Redding. He has toured internationally, contributed to film soundtracks, and remains a prominent figure in modern soul.
