Enter Shikari is an English rock band formed in 2003 in St Albans, Hertfordshire. The lineup—Rou Reynolds (vocals, electronics), Rory Clewlow (guitar), Chris Batten (bass), and Rob Rolfe (drums)—is known for blending post-hardcore with electronic music, a fusion often described as electronicore. They built a reputation for high-energy live shows and politically charged lyrics. After self-releasing early material, they released their debut album Take to the Skies in 2007, which brought them international attention. The band also runs its own independent label, Ambush Reality, through which they release music on their terms. Over the years Enter Shikari have issued several acclaimed albums, including Common Dreads (2009), A Flash Flood of Colour (2012), The Mindsweep (2015), The Spark (2017), and Nothing Is True and Everything Is Possible (2020). Known for adventurous production, genre-crossing sound, and activism, they remain one of the UK’s most influential acts in the alternative scene and a staple of modern festival stages.
